What is the Baila Partner Program
Understand how the Partner Program works — referring organizations, commission on Baila's margin, and how your affiliate code works.
The Partner Program lets you refer organizations to Baila and earn a permanent commission on the events those organizations run on the platform.
A partner's commission comes out of Baila's own margin — it is not an extra fee charged to the organizer. Baila keeps a guaranteed minimum floor for itself; the partner commission comes from the space between that floor and your current tier's ceiling.
How referrals work
A Baila admin adds you as a partner and picks your affiliate code (for example, RAWSURF). The code is unique on the platform and cannot be changed once set.
You receive a welcome email with your code and your referral link — something like vaidebaila.app/organizer?affiliate=RAWSURF.
An organization that signs up through your link (or is manually associated by an admin) becomes linked to you as a partner.
From then on, every ticket sale made by that organization generates a commission for you — as long as your payment wallet is verified.
Your code and link never change on their own
The affiliate code is chosen by an admin when you're added as a partner, is unique on the platform, and cannot be changed by you or anyone else once created. That guarantees any promotional material you've already shared (posts, messages, cards) keeps working forever.
Your referral link never expires. But it only attributes new organizations to you while you're active as a partner at the moment the organization signs up — if your account is inactive at that time, the referral isn't attributed to you.
