How to accept an organizer's promoter invite
Step-by-step for accepting a promoter invite, joining an event team, and starting to earn commission on sales.
When an organizer invites you to promote one of their events, you receive a personal link. Accept the invite to gain access to your promoter dashboard, your tracked link, and commissions on sales you drive.
Accept the invite
Open the invite link. The organizer sends a unique invite link by email or WhatsApp. Open it on the same device where you plan to sign in.
Sign in or create an account. If you already have a VaideBaila account, sign in. Otherwise, the invite flow walks you through a quick account creation.
Confirm the invite. Review the event details and commission terms. Click Accept to confirm.
Land on your promoter panel. You'll be redirected to the promoter dashboard at promoter.vaidebaila.app, where you'll find your tracked link and live sales metrics.
Your tracked link is unique per event-promoter pair. Sales made through your link are automatically attributed to you for commission.
What happens next
- Share your link on social media, WhatsApp groups, or directly with friends.
- Track your sales in real time from the promoter panel.
- Receive commission on every sale attributed to your link, paid out on the event's payout schedule.
