The UTM link builder for promoters
Build trackable UTM links so you can measure which campaigns drive ticket sales as a promoter.
The UTM link builder lets you add campaign tags to your promoter link, so you can compare how WhatsApp, Instagram Stories, and a direct DM contributed to sales.
What UTM tags do
A UTM tag is a small piece of text added to a URL — for example ?utm_source=whatsapp&utm_medium=story. When a buyer clicks the link, VaideBaila records those tags against the sale. You see the breakdown in Promoter Panel → Analytics.
Build a UTM link
Open the link builder. From the promoter panel, click your event and then Build UTM link.
Pick a source. Source is where the link lives (e.g. whatsapp, instagram, email).
Pick a medium. Medium is how the link is presented (e.g. story, bio, dm).
Name the campaign (optional). Use a campaign name when you want to compare two specific pushes (e.g. friday-push).
Copy and share. The builder generates the tracked link. Share it everywhere — your dashboard will show which combinations are converting best.
Use the same campaign name across formats (story, post, DM) to measure the campaign as a whole; vary the medium to compare formats inside the same campaign.
Reading the analytics
In Analytics, you'll see:
- Clicks per source / medium / campaign
- Sales attributed to each link
- Conversion rate per combination
Use this to double down on what works — and stop spending time on links that don't convert.
