How to pay with a credit card
Pay by credit card in installments — fill in the card details and the cardholder's CPF, and get your ticket right away.
You can pay for your ticket with a credit card and split it into installments as far as the organizer allows. Approval is instant and the QR code arrives within seconds.
How to pay by card
Select Credit card. At checkout, choose Credit card as the payment method.
Fill in the card details. Enter the number, expiry date, CVV, and the name printed on the card.
Fill in the CPF. In the CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) field, use the CPF of whoever owns the card. It has to match the name printed on the card, otherwise the bank may decline.
Choose the number of installments. The available installments are set by the event organizer (anywhere from 1× to 12×, with or without interest).
Confirm the payment. Authorization is processed by Asaas (the payment gateway) in seconds. If approved, the ticket is released automatically.
The cardholder's CPF is also checked against any per-CPF limits set by the organizer. If the card belongs to someone else (a relative, a friend), their CPF counts towards the event limit too. Read more in Why the cardholder's CPF is also checked.
If the purchase is declined, check with the issuing bank whether the card has enough limit for the transaction. Baila does not keep full card data — processing is handled by Asaas, to the PCI-DSS standard.
