How to apply a discount coupon to your purchase
Enter a coupon manually or use a promoter link with an automatic coupon — and pay less for your ticket.
Discount coupons lower the ticket price at payment time. You can apply them manually with the code, or they can arrive automatically through a promoter's link.
Applying a coupon manually
Open the event checkout. Pick your tickets and move on to the "Coupon" step (step 2 of 4).
Type the code into the "Coupon code" field. The discount is applied on its own and the total updates right away.
Tap Continue. If you don't have a coupon, just tap Skip.
Complete the purchase. Check the discount in the order summary and go ahead with payment (PIX — Brazil's instant bank transfer — or card).
Automatic coupon through a promoter link
If you reached the event through a link shared by a promoter (e.g. vaidebaila.app/events/festa-junina?ref=joao), the coupon may be applied automatically when you open checkout — with nothing for you to type. The discount already shows up in the order summary.
Coupon types
Coupons can be:
- Percentage — e.g. 10% off the ticket price.
- Fixed amount — e.g. R$ 20 off per ticket.
- Usage-limited — valid only up to a number of uses or up to a date.
If the coupon doesn't work, check with the promoter or organizer whether it is still active and within its usage limit.
