How to access my tickets and QR codes
Find all your tickets in the portal or the mobile app — the QR code is always available, even offline.
Your tickets are stored on your Baila account — you can reach them through the portal (browser) or the mobile app (iOS and Android). QR codes stay available offline in the app, which is ideal on the day of the event.
Through the portal
Sign in to the portal. Open Baila and sign in with your email and password.
Open My tickets. In the top menu or in your profile, click My tickets. Your tickets appear grouped by order. Want to see them by event? Use the By order / By event filter at the top of the list.
Click View QR code on the ticket you want. The QR code opens full screen — ideal for showing at check-in.
Through the mobile app
Open the Baila app. Available on the App Store and Google Play.
Sign in with your account. Use the same email as the portal.
Go to the Tickets tab. Tickets sync automatically. Tap a ticket to open its QR code full screen.
The app keeps an offline cache of your tickets. Even with no internet at the venue (parties in low-signal areas), the QR code still works for check-in.
