How to find tickets I received as a gift
Tickets sent as a gift show up under "My tickets" as soon as you accept the transfer.
When somebody sends you a ticket (through gift checkout or a transfer), the ticket does not appear on your account automatically — you have to accept it first, using the link that arrives in your email.
The acceptance step exists so you get a chance to decline before the ticket is linked to your account and your CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID). It prevents unwanted transfers and makes sure you know where the ticket came from.
How to accept a gifted ticket
Open the invite email. The subject reads something like "[Name] sent you a ticket — Baila". The sender is Baila itself.
Click the accept button. It reads "Accept Ticket" or "Accept Transfer", depending on the email. The link opens a Baila page. If you don't have an account yet, you'll be asked to create one (a one-minute sign-up).
Confirm. Once you confirm, the ticket is linked to your account and a new QR code is issued in your name.
Find it under My tickets. The ticket appears in your list (you can switch between "By order" and "By event"). The QR code is available immediately.
The email never arrived — what now?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm with the sender that they used the right email address (a typo is common).
- Ask the sender to resend the invite — they can do that from Baila itself while the status is Pending.
