How to accept or decline a transfer you received
When a ticket reaches you, accept or decline it in one click — it lands under "My tickets" once accepted.
When somebody transfers a ticket to you, an invite email from Baila arrives. You decide whether to accept it (and the ticket moves to your account) or decline it (and it goes back to the sender).
Accepting the transfer
Open the invite email. The subject starts with the sender's name, something like "So-and-so wants to transfer a ticket to you". Have a look in your spam folder if you can't find it.
Click Accept Transfer. That takes you to a Baila page.
Sign in or create your account. If you don't have an account yet, sign-up takes under a minute (name, email, password, and phone).
Confirm. A new QR code is issued in your name (the old one stops working) and the ticket appears under My tickets.
Declining the transfer
The invite email has no decline button. To decline, click Accept Transfer, sign in or create your account, and then use the Decline button on the acceptance page (you can also decline from the pending-transfers list under My tickets). The ticket stays on the sender's account and the original QR code keeps working normally — it is never swapped while the invite is pending.
Declining is instant and carries no penalty. The sender gets an email letting them know, and the ticket becomes available again under My tickets — from where it can be transferred again, if they want.
