What the 'Transfer pending' status on my ticket means
Understand the transfer statuses on tickets you have sent — pending and transferred.
When you send a ticket to somebody else, it carries a status in your ticket list while the transfer is under way. That status tells you where in the process it is.
Possible statuses
Only transfers with the Pending status can be cancelled. Once accepted, the change is final.
