What the Baila promoter system is
Understand how the affiliate system works — invites, automatic coupon, goal-based rewards, and sales tracking.
Baila has a built-in affiliate system that lets organizers invite promoters to spread the word about their events. Every promoter gets a unique slug (your "stage name" on the platform) that doubles as an automatic coupon: whenever a buyer uses your link, the sale is recorded under your name and you unlock rewards according to the rules the organizer set.
There are no coupons to create by hand and no codes to remember — you just share your link and follow your sales in the panel.
How the model works
The model is simple: an organizer invites you → your slug becomes a coupon → every sale made through your link counts for you. There is no limit on how many events you can promote at the same time.
The basic promoter flow:
An organizer sends an invite to your email with the event details and (optionally) a discount setup.
You accept the invite — if you don't have an account yet, you create your promoter account for free. If you already have one, the invite is linked to your profile automatically.
Your custom slug (say, maria-silva) becomes that event's coupon code. The URL /events/<event>?ref=maria-silva applies the coupon automatically at the buyer's checkout.
Every sale made through your link is recorded in the panel, refreshed each time you open it, with the numbers for clicks, sales, revenue, and conversion.
