How to track promoter performance in the dashboard

See each promoter's clicks, sales, revenue, and conversion in the Promoters section of the event's Metrics.

Inside each event's Metrics, the Promoters section shows how many sales each promoter generated — with revenue, clicks, and conversion. The screen refreshes itself every 30 seconds.

The headline KPIs

For each promoter the table shows: clicks on the affiliate link, confirmed sales, revenue generated (R$), conversion (sales / clicks, as a %), and rewards already released. At the top, three cards summarize the event: Sales via promoters, % of total, and Top performer.

Where to find it

In the side menu, click Metrics and pick the event you want to look at.

Scroll the page down to the Promoters section. Promoters appear ranked, from the one who sold the most to the one who sold the least.

Want a different order? Click the Sales, Revenue, or Conversion headers to re-sort the table.

Advanced metrics

  • Credit through the coupon: a sale is credited to the promoter by the coupon applied at checkout. It is their coupon that counts the sale
  • Channel attribution: traffic sources (UTMs) appear in a separate section of Metrics, apart from the Promoters section
  • Transfers: transferred tickets do not change the promoter's attribution — whoever made the sale keeps the credit

Tip: an internal leaderboard

The Promoters section is already the event's leaderboard: promoters appear ordered by sales. Plenty of organizers use it to gamify things internally: the promoter with the most sales for the party wins a prize, VIP entry to the next edition, and so on.
