How to create ticket tiers
Configure ticket tiers (regular, half-price, VIP) with quantity, price, and sales window on VaideBaila.
Tiers are how you price and group tickets. A single event can have multiple tiers — for example, Tier 1 at a lower price for the first 100 sales, then Tier 2 at the regular price.
Create a tier
Open the event. From the organizer dashboard, pick the event and go to Tickets → Tiers.
Add a new tier. Click New tier and fill in:
- Name (e.g. Tier 1, VIP, Half-price)
- Quantity available
- Price in BRL
- Sales window (when this tier opens and closes)
Configure half-price (optional). If this is a half-price tier, mark it as such — VaideBaila will require the buyer to upload supporting documentation at check-in.
Save and publish. Once saved, the tier becomes visible on the event page during its sales window.
You can run multiple tiers in parallel or in sequence. Common pattern: a discounted Tier 1 for the first batch, followed by Tier 2 once Tier 1 sells out.
Edit or close a tier
Open the tier from the Tiers list. You can adjust quantity, price, or end date as long as the tier hasn't closed yet. Closed tiers are immutable — they preserve the historical record of what was sold at what price.
