How to create your organizer account
Sign up as an organizer on Baila in a few minutes and get ready to publish your first event.
Creating an organizer account is the first step to publishing events on Baila. Signing up is free and all you need is a valid email address and a few minutes. Once the account exists, you get access to the dashboard, where you set up your profile, your payment gateway, and publish events.
Step by step
Follow the steps below straight from the organizer landing page:
Go to vaidebaila.app/organizer and click Get started in the middle of the page.
Fill in the form with your full name, email, phone, and the name of your production company. Use an email address you check often — it is the one that receives sales notifications, refunds, and system alerts.
Set a password (at least 8 characters) and tick the boxes accepting the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (LGPD, Brazil's data-protection law). Once you finish signing up you land in the dashboard automatically — no need to log in again.
You go straight into the onboarding journey, which has 4 steps: Profile, Payment, First Event, and Publish. Follow them in order to unlock paid ticket sales.
Baila also sends a confirmation email to the address you registered. Confirming it is recommended but does not block your access: you can start onboarding right away. If you do want to confirm and the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
If you filled in the interest form beforehand, your name and email arrive pre-filled in the dashboard — you only have to set a password, accept the terms, and carry on.
