VaideBaila's 3% platform fee
How the 3% platform fee works on VaideBaila — what it covers and how it's applied to paid tickets.
VaideBaila charges a flat 3% platform fee on each paid ticket sold through the platform. The fee covers payment processing, fraud protection, hosting, and ongoing development.
What you (the organizer) pay
Nothing upfront. VaideBaila does not charge a setup fee, monthly subscription, or per-event fee. You only pay when a ticket is sold:
- 3% of the ticket face value is retained by VaideBaila.
- The remaining amount is held in your event balance until payout.
What buyers see
By default, the 3% fee is absorbed by the organizer — buyers pay exactly the price you set, and you receive 97% of that amount. You can switch to pass-through mode in event settings if you prefer the buyer to see the fee added on top.
Payouts
Funds are paid to your registered bank account on the configured payout schedule (default: 7 days after the event). You can review event-level financials in the organizer dashboard under Finance → Statements.
Free events
Events with all free tiers are not charged the 3% fee — VaideBaila is free to use for free events.
